(3/7 άφιξη, 10/7 αναχώρηση)

Συμμετέχοντες: 3 άτομα 20+ ετών

εκπαιδευτικοί/που εργάζονται με νέους.

Η ανταλλαγή συγχρηματοδοτείται από το Πρόγραμμα Erasmus+ της

Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης και καλύπτει στους συμμετέχοντες 

διαμονή, διατροφή (3 γεύματα την ημέρα) 

ΣΥΝ ταξιδιωτικά έξοδα έως 395 ευρώ.

Μετά την επιτυχή ολοκλήρωση του προγράμματος οι συμμετέχοντες θα

λάβουν πιστοποιητικό  Youthpass. 

Ατομική συνεισφορά: 50 ευρώ

🎯 PROJECT OBJECTIVES:

Collective intelligence makes it possible to address complex situations and can even become a force for individual, group and society change. Gain tools and methodologies to design activities in a more inclusive point of view to work with your youths and team.

The methodology of the project will be based on horizontal self-training, small working groups, practical and outdoor activities.

Live this unique experience in the wild landscape in Obon, part of the Cultural Park Martín River.

Content:

- Introduction to the principles of collective intelligence, cooperation and facilitation tools. - Workshops on using embodiment to experience letting go, giving and receiving and the space of freedom in the body (with the theme of cooperation) - Managing one' s emotions and those of others to establish a good relationship using role-playing situations - Activities in Nature.

✌️ Participants will have the opportunity to share their knowledge leading a session/part of it, related to the topic: groups facilitation, non-violent communication, community mangement..

Individually or in group, you can suggest a practical activity, game, dynamic, etc.

VENUE:

We will be hosted in our rural hostel "La Marisica" 5 min walk from the village of Obon (Teruel). Obon is part of the "Cultural Park of Martin River"  and has just 32 inhabitants.

It is surrounded by nature an hiking trails and is far away from any other locality. 

The landscape is made up of wild life of canyons and clifts.
