Η ανταλλαγή συγχρηματοδοτείται από το Πρόγραμμα Erasmus+ της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης και καλύπτει στους συμμετέχοντες διαμονή, διατροφή (3 γεύματα την ημέρα) και τα έξοδα ταξιδιού μέχρι το ποσό των 275 ευρώ.
Μετά την επιτυχή ολοκλήρωση του προγράμματος οι συμμετέχοντες θα λάβουν πιστοποιητικό Youthpass.

ΑΒΟUT THE PROGRAM:
This youth exchange under the Erasmus+ program on participation in democratic life offers young people a unique international learning experience focused on sustainability and green practices.
Participants from various countries gather in the eco-friendly Village of Murzasichle, Poland, for a week-long program, including two days of travel. Through engaging workshops centered on green initiatives, discussions on sustainable democratic participation, interactive activities promoting eco-consciousness, and cultural exchange with an emphasis on sustainable traditions, they delve into the nuances of democratic participation while exploring green and sustainable practices across participating countries.
The exchange aims to foster active citizenship with a strong focus on environmental stewardship, instill democratic values that include sustainability, and empower young individuals to actively contribute to their communities and build greener societies.
Goals&objectives:
1. Promote intercultural understanding and cooperation.
2. Enhance knowledge and understanding of democratic principles and systems.
3. Foster Environmental Awareness
4. Empower young individuals to actively engage in their communities and take on leadership roles in promoting sustainable development and green initiatives while discovering mountains walking and talking.
5. Provide participants with tools for initiating positive change.
6. Encourage youth-led local initiatives and community engagement. The day will also include a Walk and Talk hiking activity, promoting dialogue and networking among participants.
7. visiting Zakopane, a popular tourist destination in Poland known for its stunning mountain scenery and rich cultural heritage.
The venue:
The holiday house "U Tośki" is located in the picturesque town of Murzasichle, located at an altitude of 820-950 m above sea level in the Podtatrzański Rów, in the southern part of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship. It is close to Zakopane, Morskie oko- top mounting tourist destinations in Poland.

*Participants will be staying in shared rooms, 2-3 participant per room, with access to a private bathroom and shower. The location of the resort is conducive to visiting the surrounding monuments. Lovers of regional architecture can see the Church of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Murzasichle. It was built about 50 years ago by the inhabitants of this town, in a style typical for this region: made of wood.
* Food will be covered and served during the period of participation in the projects from the accomodation's kitchen according to participants preference
How to get there?
You can look for flights to and from Krakow or Katowice preferably, and/or Warsaw and Wroclaw which are far from the venue. Transport to the Venue will be arranged according to the participants arrival with a private bus.
