Προφίλ συμμετεχόντων: νέοι 18-24  ετών 

ΣΥΝ 1 άτομο 18+ ως αρχηγός ομάδας

που ενδιαφέρονται 

για την ψυχική υγεία και τον υγιεινό τρόπο ζωής.

Καλύπτονται 100% διαμονή και διατροφή (3 γεύματα τη μέρα)
και εισιτήρια έως το ποσό των 275 ευρώ.

PROJECT SUMMARY:

Young people are at a high risk of developing poor mental health, that’s why we need to improve awareness about mental health importance and to teach young people to take care of it.

 Project’s objectives:

1. To increase awareness about the importance of mental health and its effects to young persons’ lives, situation of mental health in 4 different countries.

2. To learn in practice how to use different techniques and methods that would affect a young person's quality and balance of life in a positive way.

3. To inspire 36 young people to improve mental health and promote a healthy lifestyle in everyday life.

In order to prepare for the project and its topic, every national group will have to make a presentation about the mental health, stress situation and its causes in their country (what problems it created in their country, which part of population in their country experience stress or feel unhappy with their mental health, emotional stability, what are consequences of bad mental health and so on).

Where we will stay:

We will stay at Domus Pacis apartments located at the old town of Kaunas!(address: Papilio g. 9, Kaunas) and we will be accommodated in rooms of 3-4 persons mostly in national groups divided by gender.

How to get to Kaunas?

Firstly, you should find a flight to Kaunas (KUN) or Vilnius (VNO) airports. Flying to Riga (RIX) or Warsaw (WAW) airports may also be an option. The arrival day (and the first day of activities) is 28th of June and the departure day is 7th of July 2023. If you are coming from Vilnius, it is the best to first take a train / bus from the airport to Vilnius train / bus station and then change to the train / bus going to Kaunas.
