Συμμετέχοντες: 4 άτομα 18 έως 22 ετών
Η ανταλλαγή χρηματοδοτείται από το Πρόγραμμα Erasmus+ της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης και καλύπτει στους συμμετέχοντες διαμονή, διατροφή (3 γεύματα την ημέρα) και τα έξοδα ταξιδιού μέχρι το ποσό των 275 ευρώ.

Aim
and Objectives
This youth exchange
aims to spread the culture of healthy lifestyle to young people in EU member
and neighboring countries, including partner countries, by equipping the young
generation with the proper knowledge and competences about health-related
behaviors and enable them to act as future changemakers of their communities
through non-formal learning approaches about their behavioral patterns
affecting health.
The main objectives
of the project are:
• To increase young
people's awareness on the health-related behaviors by making them reflect about
their cultural specifics and learning about the other countries practices
• To make young
people practice and get used to a healthier lifestyle, by creating individual
behavioral action plans for the future life
• To make
participants carriers of the idea of healthy lifestyle and prepare them to
become role models in their societies
• To create a
strong network between participants of the organizations from different
countries as representatives of their communities to ensure the further
continuation and follow-up of the project and cooperation on other projects.
